: We advise and support our clients in property transactions as well as in cases of purchase, selling, construction, financing and use (rent, leasing) of real estate. This includes, for example, carrying out legal due diligence checks, drafting the necessary agreements and assisting negotiating contracts.
: National and international transportation (C.M.R.) have always be included as priorities in our work. We look after and represent not only domestic and foreign carriers and haulage contractors, but also prestigious insurance companies in all legal issues, in particular the clarification of civil, insurance and administrative problems that can arise during the transportation of goods.
